"Deirdre has been a patient of the Community Clinic of High Point since 2008. She was previously employed at Triad Care Nursing Home, across the street from the Clinic, but had to retire due to poor health. Deirdre is grateful each day for CCHP, its staff and volunteers, and for the care she receives."
